Privacy notice
What this site collects, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Notice given under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Giada Stroppa, via Nomentana 251, 00161 Rome, Italy. For any request about your data, write to the email address shown at the foot of every page.
What is collected
This site collects only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, a telephone number if you give one, the format and the times of day you prefer, and the text of your message. It also stores, in a non-reversible form, a value derived from your IP address, used solely to limit automated submissions.
There are no accounts, no profiling, no traffic analytics, and no third-party script on any page.
Special category data
The text of your message may contain information about your health, which article 9 GDPR treats as a special category of data. It is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box before sending, and for the purposes of article 9(2)(h) in respect of any care that follows. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
For how long
The content of your enquiry is deleted automatically within ninety days of sending. That deletion cannot be undone, does not depend on the status of the enquiry and cannot be suspended: name, email, telephone and message are permanently cleared. If ongoing work follows from an enquiry, clinical records are kept separately on paper and never pass through this site.
Who processes the data
The site is hosted on servers located in the European Union. The hosting provider and the email provider act as processors under an agreement compliant with article 28 GDPR. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing. I reply within thirty days. If you consider that the processing infringes the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
